Next is the size of the heater in your bathroom fans w/ heater. You'll want to make certain that the heater is designed for 120 Volt operation. If the bathroom fans w/ heater is designed for 240 Volt operation, you'll need to have special wiring installed by a competent electrician to accommodate it.
You can get a combination light/fan unit much easier than a combination bathroom fans w/ heater. It might be a better decision to choose a light/fan unit with a separate wall mounted heater rather than a bathroom fans w/ heater.
